Faith Net USA Ministerial Licensing And Ordination

1. Faith Net USA (FNUSA) Ministerial License

Direct licensing of individuals is open to: "vertical leaders” (including ecclesiastical, functional, and congregational leaders); to "horizontal leaders" (including convening, ambassadorial, mobilizing, and territorial leaders); and to "marketplace leaders" (ambassadors for Christ bringing change to the marketplace).

Direct license of individuals carries the following requirements:

  • Called of God into the ministry as an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher
  • Actively involved in ministry and showing proof of the call of God
  • Agreement with FNUSA tenets of faith
  • Submission to a pastor of a local body of believers
  • Current membership in good standing in FNUSA
  • Attends FNUSA Regional Ministers Meeting for relationship, oversight, and training

Review of License: Maintaining a Ministerial License with FNUSA will be subject to semi-annual review by FNUSA Leadership. The license will be evaluated each year for renewal at the discretion of the Apostolic Council

2. Faith Net USA Ordination Candidates

The candidate and FNUSA begin in relationship prior to ordination. Ordination is like marriage in that each party should be convinced that the marriage is not only for reproduction but for relationship and support.  Candidates should expect to have FNUSA Apostolic/Prophetic Teams minister in their local churches several times during the ordination process to begin establishing relationship.

Candidates for ordination are expected to be involved in continuing education which will serve to develop the call of God upon their lives.

Those received as valid ordination candidates by letter of acceptance will walk in relationship and accountability while pursuing ordination. Candidates should begin to meet all relational and financial qualifications as listed in Ordination Requirements.

Ordination candidates should attend FNUSA Regional Ministers Meetings to establish relationship with other ministers within the Network. These meetings will provide a basis for apostolic and prophetic oversight and accountability. Candidates will receive the leadership of FNUSA directly as well as through any designated regional representatives.

No candidate will be considered who does not conform to the Leadership Profile.  Few, if any, will be fully matured in all dimensions; however, all candidates must be prepared to grow in every way through mentoring and the Spirit of God.

3. Faith Net USA Ordination

Ordained members of FNUSA will be those who desire to participate in a committed relationship. They relate themselves to FNUSA in a spirit of hearty cooperation and fellowship for covering, critique, evaluation, and accountability in their personal lives and ministries. They personally seek God that He might establish His prophetic purpose in them that they might be a living personification of His purpose to all. Their goal is for mature ministry in self as well as seeing integrity, honor, purpose, and place restored to the fivefold ministry. Ordained ministers are encouraged to attend Network seminars and workshops at least twice each year.

Specifically, candidates for ordination are those who are in full-time ministry and whose conviction is to be committed and related to FNUSA as their primary source for apostolic/prophetic covering, relationship, accountability, and training.

Ordination with FNUSA is by anointed prophetic presbytery with full commissioning, activation, and release. Ordination with FNUSA also means entering into a relationship of apostolic and prophetic accountability, covering, and responsibility. Members ordained by FNUSA may be recommended as approved ministers and afforded other privileges associated with such ordination.

Recertification of Ordained Ministers will be reviewed each year. This will provide an opportunity to evaluate our relationship and re-examine our association to establish that we are still moving together in the same vision.
